Schedova Privacy Policy

Schedova is a booking and client management app for independent service providers. This Privacy Policy explains how Schedova collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the app.

Client Information You Enter

Schedova allows users to enter information about their own clients. You are responsible for having the right to enter and manage your clients’ information in the app.

If you enable SMS-related features or record SMS opt-in status, you are responsible for making sure your client agreed to receive appointment-related text messages.

SMS and Communication Data

Schedova may store whether a client agreed to receive SMS appointment messages, when they opted in, and the opt-in source. Future SMS features may use this information to send appointment reminders or booking-related messages.

Clients may opt out of appointment text messages at any time.

How Information Is Stored

Schedova uses Supabase as a backend service provider for authentication, database storage, and app data hosting.

Information may be stored on Supabase servers and transmitted securely using modern encrypted connections where supported.

Sharing of Information

Schedova may share information only when needed to operate the app or comply with legal requirements, including:

Schedova does not sell user data to advertisers or data brokers.

Data Retention

Schedova keeps your account and app data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the app.

Some records may be retained for backup, legal, security, or legitimate business purposes.

If a client is deleted in the app, Schedova may archive that client instead of permanently deleting all related appointment history, so existing appointment records remain safe and accurate.

Account Deletion

You may request account deletion by contacting support@schedova.com.

Please include the email address associated with your Schedova account. We may need to verify your request before deleting account data.

When your account is deleted, we will delete or anonymize account-related data where reasonably possible, unless we are required or permitted to retain certain information for legal, security, backup, or legitimate business reasons.

Security

Schedova uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

Children’s Privacy

Schedova is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date above.
